43,400 sq. ft. commercial building for Southern California’s most reputable and longest operating tow truck center and tow truck dealer - Tow Industries.
COVINA SELF-STORAGE (2002)
100,000 sq. ft. self-storage facility constructed in the city of Covina. This facility incorporates one level of underground storage, along with three levels above ground. There are storage units available to accomodate large items; such as boats, trailers, ATVs, motorbikes, RVs. etc. This project cleaned up a very blighted piece of property.
451 KETTERING DR (2004)
44,051 square foot industrial warehouse constructed in the city of Ontario. 2-story commercial building consisting of showrooms, sales, warehouse on 1st level and mezzanine deck for storage and offices on 2nd level.
JB BUILDING (1999)
14,500 sq. ft. of retail and office suites. This building, established in 1999, received a Project of the Year Award from San Dimas Chamber of Commerce in 2001. This is the corporate headquarters of JB Contractors, Inc.
